The house has two bedrooms and has a new kitchen/living space. It is fully equipped. Sleeps up to 4. Always cool in the evenings and the mornings, even in August when the midday temperature is high.
The price includes international telephone calls, internet, electricity, gas and water fees. You will be expected to leave the house as clean as you found it upon arrival and to wash all your own linens.
Quinson is just 15 minutes drive from three pristine lakes (St. Croix, Esparron du Verdon, and Saint Laurent): perfect for swimming, wind surfing and boating. You can rent canoes, kayaks and boats just a few minutes walk from the house at the edge of the Verdon river. It is a great spot for rock climbing and there are dozens of hikes from the village into the hills. There are tennis courts, and places to play "boule" with the locals. It's a mountain and road biker's paradise (La Tour de France went through one summer).
This situtation os perfect for people coming for a short term in south of France to work on the ITER project.

Quinson is a medieval, walled village of 300 inhabitants in the so-far undiscovered Alpes de Haute Provence surrounded by limestone cliffs, lavender fields, wild thyme and rosemary. Located at the entrance to the Gorges du Verdon (the French "Grand Canyon"), a completely unpolluted and protected site, the village is one hour east of Aix en Provence, 90 minutes from Nice and about hour north of Marseille.
